Le traitement des commandes prend entre 3 et 10 jours et si quelque chose arrive, nous nous efforçons de vous contacter dès que possible. Notre objectif est de livrer la commande le plus rapidement possible, alors soyez patient !

Suivi de commande

Toutes les commandes (à l’exception des commandes de bâton uniquement) sont accompagnées d’un suivi. Vous recevrez un numéro de suivi par e-mail une fois votre commande expédiée.



Expédition internationale Veuillez noter que les numéros de suivi des commandes internationales peuvent être retardés ou cesser complètement de suivre une fois qu'elles ont traversé la frontière. Les clients sont responsables de toutes les taxes douanières et d'importation qui peuvent s'appliquer. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards douaniers et ne serons pas en mesure de rembourser les frais d'expédition/de manutention si le colis est refusé en raison des frais de douane.

Very cute and was shipped out very quick! I put it on my purse and I love it so much😭 the little Lori keychain is so adorable❤️ I didn’t know this but the Lori plush has a magnet that connects to the Ian plush!
