We’re writing this with such heavy hearts today…
After hours of digging through every corner of our tiny warehouse, checking and rechecking every crate, every box, every order — we’re devastated to say that our manufacturer did not send us all the SKZ ATE jackets we ordered. That means some sizes… are simply missing.
We are genuinely heartbroken. We were so excited to bring these to you. We dreamed of seeing everyone wearing them, and now… it feels like we've let you down. We've spent days turning over every stone, hoping it was just a miscount or a mislabeled box but it’s not. We’re missing jackets, and we’re just as frustrated as you probably feel.
The good news is that we’ve already started pushing for a re-production. If all goes according to plan, the jackets should be finished by the end of this month and shipped to us as soon as they’re ready just like we originally hoped.
