Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Items must be in NEW conditions.

(NO REFUNDS IF DAMAGED)


Preorder Refunds:
You have 24 hours upon making your purchase to cancel your order. Otherwise we will not be able to refund orders or offer exchanges. Please email us at Pocketsizedshop@gmail.comwith respect to your cancellation. 

7-Day Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them (including the packing materials and labels)
  2. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  3. The item(s) must not be personalized or customized.
  4. Return requests must be initiated within the 7-day return period.

Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

  1. Items that are personalized or customized.
  2. Used items
  3. Goods damaged in shipping

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Pocketsizedshop@gmail.com or via our help chat to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).**NOTE- Photos of the items will be required to assure the item(s) are in new condition**
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We will provide instructions how to get a return shipping label if a buyer does not know how to make one.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. **PLEASE NOTE** We are NOT liable if products were damaged in shipping since we can not regulate how the Shipping carriers handle packages.
